Since our products are custom-made to order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been placed. This policy is in place to guarantee that each item we produce is exclusive to you and cannot be resold to another customer.
In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, we offer a hassle-free replacement within 5 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the defective product or the error in question.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
